Our Story

A Return Rooted
in What Matters

For over three decades, Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant stood for something deeper than great food and exceptional beer — it became part of the rhythm of everyday life.

Where first meetings turned into lifelong relationships. Where families marked milestones. Where communities found a place to gather, unwind, and belong.

Today, Iron Hill returns with purpose.

Guided by a leadership team that helped shape its early success, this new chapter is both a revival and a reaffirmation. It brings together experience, passion, and a shared belief in doing things the right way — rooted in authenticity, craftsmanship, and a deep respect for the communities we serve.

As we reopen our doors, our foundation remains unchanged. Every Iron Hill is designed to feel like a second home — warm, familiar, and inviting. We brew our beer on-site, prepare our food from scratch, and serve with care, because we understand that what we’re really creating are moments that matter.

Every Iron Hill continues to brew on-site. It’s a commitment to freshness, flavor, and a craft brewing tradition that has earned recognition, awards, and loyalty over over three decades.
